Below is a list of ground rules that apply to use of all services hosted on this web server. By agreeing to abide by my ToS you are also agreeing to abide by the RapidVPS terms of service. Violation is grounds for account suspension or deactivation.

This goes pretty much without saying. Hate speech, obsenity, pornography, material intended to unreasonably harass somebody, libel, anything else that is illegal, are all violations of this terms of service agreement. Posting such material is grounds for immediate account deactivation.

Seriously, don't host music CDs, ROMs, games, etc that you do not have the rights to unless doing so is an obvious case of fair use under US copyright law.

Users of the service are responsible for whatever they post to the service. None of the postings made by the users reflect Cannisgroup's stand on anything.

Don't SPAM usenet, forums, mailing lists, etc to promote your site.

Violations should be reported to cannisNOSPAM@cannisNOSPAMgroup.net (remove NOSPAM from the address before sending obviously). I plan to code an injector to automatically add a "Report Violation" link to hosted pages, in the mean time this will have to do. Please add CannisGroup to the start of your message. Doing so will reduce the amount of time required to respond.

I am obligated to investigate violation reports. However, I am not obligated to actively scan the service for content that is in violation of this terms of service.

Deactivation - Account is taken off the web. Account can be reactivated in certain circumstances.
